Scheduling and facilitating regular sessions of team building and development. I used agile processes and tools such as a collaborated Team Canvas, a Kanban board, daily check ins & outs, weekly stand ups, feedback sessions, culture calendar, and mediation of conflicts when needed.
I enjoyed using intuition to be aware of needs, keeping an objective point of view, and bringing enthusiasm and encouragement into the work.
