Our client, Vasakronan, a large international real estate firm, asked us to help them prepare for the future and stay relevant by finding innovative solutions to respond and adapt to rapid change in the world around them.
Our solution: treating the organization as an ecosystem. We began by analyzing our client’s current processes and surrounding factors, which lead us to find challenges within the company, and make informed decisions and recommendations. We facilitated a series of workshops with our client and worked closely with them to develop a solution. The workshops included exercises to determine their beliefs, values and actions, team building, trend mapping, business model canvas, visioning, ideation brainstorming and mash ups, prototyping and creating action plans. We used the results to create a strategy for the company to mobilize creativity and energy in order to develop team culture and bring innovative ideas to life.
